EDWARD A. HUTCHISON, JR.
Ward Hutchison, shareholder and
managing partner of the Firm, concentrates his practice
in the areas
of Estate Planning, Probate, Corporation Law, Banking Law,
Real Property and Real Estate Law, and Trusts. He received
his B.S. in accounting with honors, in 1983 from Florida State University;
his Juris Doctor, with honors, in 1986, from Stetson University
and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1986; the U.S. District
Court, Northern District of Florida, 1989; U.S. Court of
Appeals, Eleventh Circuit, 1991; U.S. Court of Appeals, District
of Columbia, 1997. At Stetson he was a member of the Beta
Alpha Psi and Phi Delta Phi serving as Vice President of
Phi Delta Phi in 1985. He is a member of the Bay County Bar
Association, the Inns of Court, the American Bar Association,
the Florida Bar, and has participated in the First Saturday
Legal Clinic.
Mr. Hutchison's community and charitable
activities include serving as past president of the Florida
State University, Panama City Campus Development Board, and
on
the boards of the Panama City Downtown Improvement Board, Panama City Community
Redevelopment Agency, Bay County Public Library Association; Florida State
University Panama City Campus Advisory Board; the Crisis
Pregnancy Center, Bay County Christian
Counseling Center, Florida Panhandle Pediatric Foundation, and the Panama City Country Club. He is a former member
of the Board of Country Club Harbor Community Association,
and he participates in
the alumni activities of Stetson University and Florida State University.
