REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS AND CLOSING SERVICES

The Firm provides closing services for real estate sales and loan transactions and writes owner’s and lender’s title insurance policies for those transactions. The Firm serves as agent for six different title insurance companies, namely, First American Title Insurance Company, Ticor Title Insurance Company, Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, Chicago Title Insurance Company, Stewart Title Insurance Company and Land America Title Insurance Company.

Closings can be conducted through our Panama City, Panama City Beach and Destin offices. Closings may also be conducted at your location for the convenience of the parties involved. You do not have to be present in order to close your purchase or sale, or your loan transaction.
