Dustin N. Dailey practices in the areas of Local Government Law, Land Use, Real Property Law, Landlord Tenant issues, Water Law, Condominium and Homeowner Association Law, and Business Organization. Dustin also provides his clients with services in Governmental Relations by representing their interest before local governmental entities and outside the courtroom. Dustin has also worked with clients to develop and organize their business entities, draft their operating agreements, articles of incorporation, shareholder agreements and bylaws.
Dustin is a native of the Northwest Florida, born and raised in Freeport, Florida in Walton County. He attended the Florida State University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a bachelor of science degree in Political Science, specializing in Public Choice and Economics. Dustin was a member of the Florida State University Honors Program and Phi Kappa Phi.
Afterwards, Dustin attended the University of Florida Levin College of Law. While at UF, Dustin served as a student panel coordinator for the 12th Annual Public Interest Environmental Conference and helped to develop a panel discussion entitled "The Choctawhatchee Miracle: An Uncommon Approach to Protecting a River Basin."
Prior to joining the Firm, Dustin worked for a private real estate development company.
