Les W. Burke is one of the Firm’s founding members and is Of Counsel to the Firm. Mr. Burke has extensive experience in the areas of Condominium Law, Local Government Law, and Real Estate Transactions and Litigation. He served as attorney for Bay County from 1971 to 2007. Mr. Burke is “AV” rated by Martindale-Hubbell.

Mr. Burke is very active in both the legal and civic community of Northwest Florida. He has served on the Florida Bar Board of Governors, Young Lawyers Section from 1973-1974, the Florida Bar Board of Governors from 1984-1988 and is the former Chairman of the First District Court of Appeals Judicial Nominating Commission.

Mr. Burke has also served as President of the Bay County Library, the Board of Directors of the Bay Chamber of Commerce, St Andrews Bay Yacht Club, Panama City Country Club, and the former Peoples First Community Bank Holding Company. Mr. Burke is a member of the United Way Association and the American Cancer Society. Alumni activities involve the University of Florida, the Gator Boosters, the Florida Law Review Alumni Association, and the Class Representative of the Florida Law School Alumni.
