Michael “Mike” S. Burke is a shareholder in Burke Blue’s Panama City Beach office. Mike focuses his practice in the areas of Local Government Law, Land Use, Real Estate Transactions, Real Property Law, Condominium Law, and Civil Litigation.

Mr. Burke has extensive local government law experience serving as the former County Attorney for Bay County Board of County Commissioners and the Interim County Attorney for Walton County Board of County Commissioners. Mr. Burke also has extensive experience handling real estate transactions from drafting closing documents to conducting real estate closings to drafting condominium documents.

Mr. Burke is a native of Northwest Florida. He is a former president of the Bay County Bar Association. Prior to joining Burke Blue, Mr Burke served as an Assistant State Attorney for Florida's 14th Judicial Circuit.
