M. Todd Burke is a shareholder in Burke Blue’s Sandestin office.  Mr. Burke focuses his practice in the areas of Real Estate Transactions, Real Property Law, Condominium Law, and Contract Law.

Mr. Burke has extensive experience handling real estate transactions from drafting closing documents to conducting real estate closings, drafting condominium documents, and incorporating business entities.

Mr. Burke is a native of Northwest Florida. Mr. Burke is a graduate of Leadership Okaloosa Class of 2002 and served as committee chair of Leadership Okaloosa in 2003.
